Telkomsel Offers a Blessed Ramadan with Sharing and Reliable Connectivity

PEKANBARU – Telkomsel reaffirms its position as Indonesia's leading digital telecommunications service provider by welcoming Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr (RAFI) 2025 under the theme "Make Ramadan Your Best."
This theme highlights Telkomsel’s efforts to provide the best customer experience throughout the holy month with enhanced digital services and seamless connectivity, powered by the latest technologies.
As part of its RAFI 2025 social program, Telkomsel organized a joyful event for children at the Bhakti Mufarridhun Orphanage and Annisa Orphanage.
The event took place on Thursday (13/3/2025) at Max Fashion, Living World Mall Pekanbaru, and was attended by key Telkomsel authorities from the Sumatra region.
Following a shopping session, the event continued with a brief break at the Telkomsel Smart Office in Pekanbaru.
During the occasion, Telkomsel also provided assistance to the two orphanages, demonstrating its commitment to supporting those in need.
Mulya Budiman, Vice President of Telkomsel's Consumer Business Area in Sumatra, emphasized that the Telkomsel Siaga RAFI program is designed not only to provide reliable networks and services but also to foster a spirit of caring for others.
“Telkomsel Siaga RAFI is focused on delivering dependable connectivity, while also sharing happiness through meaningful contributions,” he said. “Through this social program, we aim to bring smiles and create a sustainable positive impact on Indonesian society.”
In addition to the support for orphanages, Telkomsel is implementing various other social initiatives during RAFI 2025 across the country. These include the construction of five clean water source locations, five sanitation facilities, and Ramadan financial aid for 300 mosques and foundations.
Furthermore, 200 women have received skills training for economic empowerment, while 1,000 mothers and toddlers have benefited from health education, medical check-ups, as well as food and vitamins. Telkomsel has also distributed 1,000 takjil packages, sahur meals, and 1,800 basic food packages to underprivileged communities.
With the spirit of #ConnectSmiles, Telkomsel is dedicated to continuing to bring benefits to customers and society, not only through telecommunications innovation but also through impactful social initiatives.
Ramadan is not only a time for spiritual reflection but also an opportunity to share and strengthen the bonds of community.
