Golkar Party Cadres and Volunteers are Solid and Determined to Win in the Governor Election and Pelalawan Regional Head Election
PELALAWAN - Chairman of the Regional Leadership Council (DPD) of the Golkar Pelalawan Party, Adi Sukemi, asked the volunteers and cadres of the Golkar Pelalawan Party to be solid to win the Regional Head Election for Governor of Riau and the Election for Regional Head of Pelalawan.
"To bring Syamsuar back as Governor and Nasarudin as Regent of Pelalawan, Golkar cannot do it alone, it has to form a coalition. This means we all have to be united," said Adi Sukemi during the Golkar Pelalawan Regional Coordination Meeting (Rakorda), Saturday (24/8/2024) , in Sorek.
This Regional Coordination Meeting (Rakorda) was held, continued Adi Sukemi, to set a strategy and be determined to win the candidate for Regent and Deputy Regent of Pelalawan, Nasarudin-Abu Bakar. "Apart from that, we are all also obliged to win Syamsuar-Mawardi in the Riau Regional Head Election," he said.
Candidates for Governor of Riau and candidates for Regent of Pelalawan, said Adi Sukemi, are the chosen people who can make changes to the progress of Riau in general and Pelalawan in particular.
Nasarudin was chosen by Golkar to run as Regent Candidate, explained Adi Sukemi, because he is experienced and has been well known in Pelalawan for 30 years. Meanwhile, his deputy, Abu Bakar, is a true civil servant who started his career from being a teacher to serving as Head of the Pelalawan Education Office, now he has retired.
"If our intentions are good and if we want Pelalawan to be even better, Insya Allah, our regent and deputy regent candidates will win," said Adi Sukemi.
At the same occasion, Nasarudin—who is presently Pelalawan's deputy Regent—said he was motivated to strive for a better Pelalawa by the hundreds of volunteers and supporters who were there.
"Most of our volunteers and sympathizers are mothers. Today is the first step in our struggle to win the simultaneous Regional Head Elections in Pelalawan and Riau Province," said Nasarudin.
Advancing as a candidate for Regent of Pelalawan, said Nasarudin, was because he wanted to make Pelalawan better. "God willing, in the future, when I become regent, elementary and middle school will be free. The free fees range from uniforms to Social Welfare Institutions," said Nasarudin.
Meanwhile, the Chairman of the Riau Golongan Karya Party (Golkar) Regional Leadership Council (DPD), Drs Syamsuar, MSi, said that regarding the 2024 simultaneous Regional Head Election, the Golkar Party is targeting 60 percent of wins nationally. "We see that our Pelalawan Regional Head Election has great potential to win," said Syamsuar.
To be able to win, Syansuar said, all parties, including volunteers, cadres and coalition parties, must be united and able to work together. "This solidarity is not only in the Regional Head Election but also in the government, starting from districts and cities with provinces up to the Center. Central and regional programs must be in synergy," said Syamsuar.
This synergy, continued Syamsuar, is very important because it is the government's duty to provide services to the community. Health, education and other services are community needs.
"For this reason, I really hope that the public will give their trust to Nasarudin and me so that we can lead this country and because we are one party and friends, it will be easy to work together," said Syamsuar.
On that occasion, as a candidate for Governor of Riau, Syamsuar conveyed his vision and mission with Mawardi, as well as his 15 commitments if he was later re-elected to lead Riau.
