JAKARTA – After releasing the “Satu Satu” music video, which was performed by Iwan Fals in collaboration with Hindia, Rendy Pandugo, and Petra Sihombing for the #BersatuUntukMerdeka campaign, IM3 Ooredoo presents the Collabonation Independence Concert ‘Unite for Freedom' to invite everyone to celebrate the unity of the Indonesian in their fighting spirit for independence amid a pandemic. The concert is a continuation of the #BersatuUntukMerdeka campaign series, which will be broadcast LIVE on August 28, 2021, at 19.00 WIB on YouTube IM3 Ooredoo.

The concert also carries the message that 'as long as we are united, we will sense the feeling of freedom’, which is conveyed through musical performances and inspiring stories in audio-visual form. In addition to music collaborations from musicians across generations, namely Iwan Fals, Hindia, Rendy Pandugo, and Petra Sihombing, this concert also features stories from several "heroes" around us who have succeeded in inspiring and moving the community to work hand in hand in facing difficult situations and ongoing challenges. These heroes are Tomi Alamsyah with his 5 colleagues from Kopi Muja, Lody Andrian from Bagirata, and Tristan Juliano, who tell the story of how they were fighting to help others.

The campaign message 'Unite for Freedom' was also visualized through the concept and the stage design in the form of a circle as a symbol of defense and unity to maintain the collaboration within. The partitions in the backdrop symbolize the house as a reminder that during this pandemic period, people are doing most of their activities from home. The “heroes” profile pictures and documentation of their activities are also displayed throughout the concert.

Representing the collaborating musicians, Iwan Fals stated, “Through this collaboration, we want to convey a message that no matter what happens, life must go on, and we should be able to free ourselves from feelings of fear.
